The Texas Council Risk Management Fund (the Fund) is a self-insurance pool formed by Texas community centers to provide expert resources and access to a customized insurance program for its members.
The Fund is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees elected by the Fund membership. Each trustee must also be a member of a local center board.

Fund membership is open to any community center created pursuant to Chapter 534 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. The Fund’s bylaws require that a center must also be a member of the Texas Council.
