Membership

Fund membership is open to any community center created pursuant to Chapter 534 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.  The Fund’s bylaws require that a center must also be a member of the Texas Council of Community Centers (Texas Council).  Centers become members of the Fund by entering an interlocal agreement.  The interlocal agreement establishes a program of self-insurance for participating members, and spells out the terms of membership.
