TCRMF Liability Workshop –
The Risk Managers Advisory Committee is hosting an in person liability workshop on Contracts. Topics will include a contract management software, interlocal agreements, IDD and MH services contracts, and certain provisions Centers should have in their contracts.

This workshop will be held at the Menger Hotel, 204 Alamo Plaza, San Antonio, Texas, 78205.

The deadline for reservations at the discounted rate (single $139) is Wednesday, January 8, 2025. After that, rooms and rates are based on availability. Any special accommodation requirements should be addressed with the hotel when making room reservations.
The workshop will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude by 3:30 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025. Full breakfast and lunch are included. Breakfast will begin at 7:00 a.m.
Please note: A hotel reservation does not register you for the workshop.
Continuing education credits will be offered for Texas State Board of Examiners of Social Workers, Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors, Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, and Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists.
We have applied for Texas State Bar MCLE’s for Attorneys.
A Workbook will be available for download prior to the workshop. All registrants will receive an email from the Fund closer to the date of the workshop with a link to download a digital version. Hard copies can be provided upon request.
