Contract issues continue to pose challenges to community centers. Richard Wigzell, Risk Management Consultant for the Fund, will address many of the issues and solutions related to the kinds of contracts community centers encounter. He will examine hold harmless and indemnity agreements, safety issues, insurance requirements, and what to do when a vendor or contractor wants to impose their contract on the center. Recent flurries of contract issues posed by college internships, pharmacy services, and use of center facilities by outside groups will be discussed. A Contract Management system will also be an important topic of this workshop. The webinar is scheduled for October 14, 2022, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. There is no fee for TCRMF Fund members. Non-members are not eligible to attend.
