Confidentiality issues continue to plague community centers. Pam Beach, General Counsel for the Risk Management Fund, will address many of the questions she receives continually about confidentiality issues. Pam will address confidentiality requirements, disclosures, consent issues, medical records requests, and responding to subpoenas. We will try to leave some time at the end for your questions. Additional information about these issues will be made available for download during the webinar.
