List Values, Attributes, Work Styles, and Motivators. Compare and contrast the core values, typical attributes, preferred work styles, and primary motivators of each generation, and understand how these factors impact collaboration and performance.

Discuss How Different Generations Add Value. Analyze the unique strengths, perspectives, and contributions that each generation brings to the workplace, and discuss strategies for leveraging generational diversity to enhance team effectiveness and organizational success.
