Pam Beach will bring you up to date with current employment law issues and trends. Bill Helfand will stage a “mock arbitration” to illustrate the fairness and effectiveness of this method of dispute resolution. Additional topics will include Pam’s “Ten Biggest Mistakes” related to employment issues, emerging trends reflecting generational sensitivity to safe work space and a First Amendment panel to help explore the significant difference between public and private employee first amendment rights.
The workshop will be conducted at The Westin Galleria Hotel, 5060 W. Alabama Street, Houston, Texas 77056. For reservations call 1-888-627-8514 and mention that you are attending the TCRMF meetings.
