Approach to Coverage

The Fund provides three basic types of coverage: workers' compensation, liability, and property. Within the liability and property programs, the Fund offers various lines of coverage.  The Fund' s coverages are designed to meet the vast majority of community MHMR centers' insurance needs.  Coverages not provided by the Fund can be placed through the Fund with various insurance carriers.  This enables members to obtain all necessary coverages by contacting the Fund.

Approach to Services

The Texas Council Risk Management Fund has evolved as a partner with centers in reducing risks and exposures inherent in the unique operations of community centers. As a member owned and governed program, the Fund is uniquely positioned to understand and respond to centers' changing environment. This philosophy is embodied in all that the Fund does to assist its members as they develop and enhance their own risk management and safety practices.
